May 20, 2018 I had an issue with my Pioneer DDJ-SR. I wasn't getting any audio even though the needles where jumping and the unit was powered up. I fixed/solved this issue/problem that alot of people were having. If it is set to the external sound card, then this may force that card to WDM mode, preventing you from using it as an ASIO sound card. Check the default playback device via the Windows sound control panel and set it back to the internal card that's built into your computer.
